MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQ) AND SAMPLING GUIDE

This guide outlines the minimum quantities required for initial orders, reorders, and sampling for various Barabi.co products.

1. Regular Branded Roasted Coffee

• Initial Order MOQ: 125 kg

• Reorder MOQ: 50 kg

2. Green Coffee

• Initial Order MOQ: 150 kg

• Reorder MOQ: 50 kg

3. Pods

• Sampling: 10 pods for each flavor (to try).

• Initial Test Marketing Order: 4,000 units per flavor (sampler order first time).

• Standard Reorder: 24,000 units per flavor (after initial sampler order).

4. Instant Coffee

• Sampling: 90g or 100g per flavor.

• Initial Test Marketing Order: 3,000 units.

• Standard Reorder: 10,000 units per flavor.

5. Coffee Pouches

• Trial Order: 1, 3, or 5 boxes (Boxes contain 6 individual packages).

• Initial Order MOQ: 500 boxes of 6 individual packages.

• Standard Reorder: 1,000 boxes (after the initial 500-box order).

Global Shipping & Logistics

We are proud to offer bulk shipping services to almost anywhere in the world. All our products are shipped directly from Colombia, ensuring quality control and traceability from the source.

Incoterms Offered

To give you maximum control over your logistics and costs, we offer a full range of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) for shipping:

• FOB (Free On Board): Suitable for buyers who want control over the main carriage from the port of origin.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We handle the cost and insurance up to the named port of destination.

• DAP (Delivered at Place): We handle transport, and the buyer handles import clearance and duties at the destination.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all costs and risks, including customs clearance and import duties, delivering the product directly to your specified address.

❌ Drop Shipping Policy

We do not currently offer a drop shipping service.

However, we are happy to ship your bulk order directly to a warehouse or third-party logistics (3PL) center of your choosing, anywhere in the world.

We understand that certifications are essential for ethical, environmental, and quality assurance.

Requesting a Certification

Please specify the required certification (and the governing body, if applicable) when requesting a quote. This ensures we can confirm the necessary standards and include any associated costs in your final pricing.

Our timelines depend on whether your order is an initial order or a reorder, and if branding is required.

• Initial Orders: Please allow approximately 45 days. This time is necessary for sampling and final quality confirmation.

• Branding & Design: If branding is needed, please factor in an additional 30 days on average for design, approval, and packaging setup.

• Reorders: Once the initial process is complete, standard reorders typically take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the volume requested.
